All Snapchat accounts sold are non-refundable once delivered successfully. Due to the nature of digital services, we cannot reverse access once it’s shared.
2. Replacement Guarantee (Valid for 3 Days)
We offer a 3-day replacement guarantee under the following conditions:
✅ Incorrect login details provided
✅ Account is not accessible upon delivery
✅ Major technical issue not caused by the buyer
To claim a replacement, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery with proof.
3. Cases Where Refunds/Replacements Are Not Applicable
❌ Buyer changes account password and loses access
❌ Account is misused or violates Snapchat’s terms
❌ Buyer shares login with others
❌ Request made after 3 days of delivery
4. Refunds Are Not Offered
We do not offer refunds unless:
